Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you total command over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one email box to another, finetune email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just select the electronic mail account you want to redirect mails from, then select the target email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
